Try reducing caffeine consumption, and other things that promote wakefulness. and maybe there is a bug that causes insomnia like a bacterium causes stonmach ulcers

I can exhaust myself physically but my damn brain wont stfu and it prevents me from getting contiguous sleep. My remedy is to drink heavily. It's a shitty "solution" but all I know thus far. Seems like all the damn sleep aids are geared towards making the physical body more tired...that doesn't do a freaking thing towards shutting up the brain :(. My liver would prefer a different solution.
