  • Sokoot, This answer should have been posted as a comment. No, I suspect the average English speaker will not know what you mean. The latin is also difficult to pronounce correctly which is the reason for the joke pronunciation, "vicky versa". If however you were talking to a language teacher, or trying to show how clever you are, it might sound impressive to some. "The English are suspicious of the Iranian actions. And vice versa."
  • I say "vice versa" all the time, even when I'm just talking to my friends. I can't think of any other expression that has the same meaning and is so concise!
  • One other possible phrase would be "the other way around". Example: She hates him and the other way around.
