It means that the true mental retard spaz is the one who called the other a mental retard spaz,undiagnosed,of course.He sounds like a real Loser.*+++++*

Well, my response would largely depend on whether they were a spaz or not. Given what the people around me are like, I'd probably agree :) It's usually meant as yet another way to someone is dim witted, although I tend to use it as an alternative to calling someone a nob!
