I said "I love you." once during sex (for the first time /on the first date) but the feelings came as a complete surprise to me. The look I got in response to my declaration was something between Huh? and Huh? It lasted about a year (not the look; the relationship). I got my heart TOTALLY shattered and learned so much SO fast about the ethics of breaking up.
