Bug bombs will kill the adult spiders. You will (or should) clean up all of the webs and web sacks that hold the eggs. Spiders will not have a change to run and hide from the bomb(s). However if you have them now, eventually they will return into your home. I would suggest a cleaning out of attic and under house crawlspace (if any) of webs and egg sacks. Have the bomb person bomb those areas as well. If you do not want to say climb under the house, then you might want to bomb again in 3-4 weeks. Then you want to have a monthly exterior spraying around the house to make a chemical barrier that will kill these critters BEFORE they get into the house. Might also want to consider sealing up the house a little more - places like door cracks, around windows often are wide enough for critters and a little weather stripping or foam insulation spray 'seals' not only against insects but weather as well. Vents should have screen put over them. Little things like that create physical barriers which will reduce the amount of visitors you get.
