According to Christians Jesus is the only "passport to heaven" does that mean that despite what ever you do in this world if you don't accept jesus for what ever reason (ignorance included) you can't go into heaven?

You know I really thought about that. I wonder sometimes that If an atheist was a good person who lived a good life and was just a great person to everyone. I wonder if Jesus would just give him one final chance to accept him and let him into heaven. Would he say to the Atheist " You were a good man and you acted better then alot of christians." would he say "You just wanted proof. Well Im here standing in front of you. Will you accept me now?" thats something I ask myself alot.

That's not true, not all Christians believe that, including myself. Look at a guy like Gandhi, he isn't burning in the fiery pits of hell, that's for sure.

According to the Bible Jesus is the only passport to heaven. Ignorance is no excuse, living an exemplary life is no justification, unless you accept Jesus your screwed. Wonderful what some people believe in and think is glorious.

Most Christians believe that if someone never heard of Jesus they will be judged differently. However, if you have heard of Jesus and reject him it doesn't matter how good you are. "Our righteousness is as filthy rags."

ignorance can not be counted anymore(pretty much) the ones who missed it before were brought up to speed by Jesus(those 3 days ya know) and all will have at least an opportunity to hear the truth. It is our choice to listen and follow, I dont know for 100% I am going to heaven but I do know what was promised and what my paart is.....hope this is helpful
