My cat by far. I take a picture of him whenever I see him doing something cool...sleeping in a box, lying on his back, etc.

Nothing! I don't get pictures on my cell phone. I AM DEPRIVED!

I don't have any pictures on it. I think that is more of a under 25-30 age group thing. And that leaves me with using it as just a cell phone and phone and email directory. I guess I just don't know the real purpose of a cell phone. :)

My family, I have everyone's picture next to their phone numbers so whenever I call them or they call me I can see their lovely smiling faces.
