Did you used to spend a lot of money on clothes (especially designer clothes) and now realize it made you look no better than "cheap" clothes? That it's all about how you "wear" it that makes it look good?

I have always bought what I liked (within a reasonable price range). Sure, I like designer clothes & there's several labels I prefer because of the quality, but I have never turned down something I liked because it wasnt designer. And you are right!! What really matters is how you wear it...:)

No way, Milly, I'm from a very middle class background, where economy was always the watchword. Even today, although with God's grace my financial position is a little better, the old habits stay on. For example, when I found my motor car was proving to be a white elephant, we sold it rather than keep it and spend on it merely to keep up appearances. Today I own 52000 motor cars, all coloured yellow and black. I'm also fortunate in having a very thrifty wife who counts her pennies before parting with one.
