An extra pillow should do it.

Stand up and AB?

Get a good padded office chair, like mine. Also, get up and walk around more. Walk down to the "Get and Split" instead of driving. Women usually have less problems sitting for long periods than men do. They have more natural padding...And I am probably in big trouble, now...(lol)

Try some butt exercises. I'm sure you can google some.

A deep tissue massage will do the trick, and I'm sure that finding a volunteer to administer it wouldn't be very hard. :)

Diet and Exercise? An enema? A good spanking? Depends on your mood, actually....+3

Sitting on one of those Temperpedic pillows that molds to your bum :)

Sit on an insect that doesn't sting next time. Or, I would suggest, some sort of furniture rather than an invertebrate.

Use a pillow. I personally am buttless..flat butt all my life so no natural cushion. My slacks/jeans are always baggy. So I start off on the chair alone and after my bare bones butt starts hurting I get a small pillow and that helps a lot! :) ((hugs))
