On a scale of one to five how important is it for you to be complimented. (1 being I am indifferent to it and 5 being I am offended if I do not get complimented)?

2. It really depends on the situation. I usually don't care unless I've really gone above and beyond what is required.

IF there is a true REASON that I should be or need to be complimented ; Then .. I would expect it .... But just doing my day to day life stuff ... I do not expect compliments ... So; to answer the question , I'd say about 3.5 on the scale of compliments ..

1. The best kind of compliment (for me at least) is when people say good things about you behind your back.

I appreciate compliments, but I don't expect them. However, even though I appreciate them, I am indifferent to them at the same time. I'm going to have to go with 1. Compliments and insults both go away like water off a duck's back for me. Both are just opinions. Neither changes who I am.
