  • I don't know about most people, but I don't believe in souls.
  • Yes, because most people don't understand the reason for their soul or what is actually means to them.
  • I cherish something that exists over something that doesn't. So I agree with you.
  • The problem is that we live in a time where the body is all that people see, so its all we care about. But think of how the world would be if the soul was all that mattered? would all of this image crazyness go away? or would people still doll themselves up, just to look pretty?
  • Unfortunately yes. Now if I look good to you, just think how good my soul must be. q:)
  • Probably yes as we can clearly see it and know it exists , most humans neglect thatwhich they don't see as essential.
  • Yup. But its like that Dog theory... Whichever one you feed the most only get bigger, while the other one starves.
  • I cherish my Mind. The Body is just a container for the Mind, and "Soul" is just a religious term for the Mind.
  • Yes, but I don't cherish it as much as my sould because I know it's not coming with me after I pass on.
  • I disagree. I think people fill their bodies with too many unhealthy things (drugs, bad food, alcohol..) for it to be special to them until something goes wrong. And if your body is suppose to be your temple and you are filling it with that poison than you are definitely not cherishing it. As for your soul, I think a majority of people forget they have one to nourish until something major happens to them. Many people don't even become religious (one way of cherishing your soul) until something tragic has happened to them. And if you only nurture your soul when something horrible has happened to you than I think your motives are off.
  • Yes, look how much more money is spent on our bodys, (Hair products, makeups shampoos you name it) Then compare it to the number of money given to chiarties and spent on books.
