Help answer this question below.

I have a 63 chevy 235 will not start, changed the starter, new battery, distributur cap and rotor, new coil, new plugs, Engine turns over fine but will not stay running....

    if it turns over but won't stay running its somewhere in the fuel system. try replacing the small inexpensive parts first like the fuel pump, lines, and filter. You may also need to clean out the gas tank if the vehicle has been sitting for a significant amount of time. If none of this helps, replace or rebuild the carb.

    If it is starting and then dying you need to see if there is enough voltage at positive terminal on coil.

    Try rebuilding the carburetor. That may help.

    if it woon't stay runninbg it would tend to be issues with the timing, or you crossed the wires, or the carb need rebuilt
