  • Light Soiling & Routine Cleaning for Suede: Light soiling and dried stains can often be removed with nubuck cloth or nubuck sponge/brush (can be found at shoe or speciality leather stores). Gently rub the affected area and brush the napp with a nubuck sponge/brush. Alternatively, a liquid nubuck cleaner may be used for routine soiling as well as deep and heavy soiling. After the surface has dried groom it with the nubuck sponge or cloth. Also see my answer here (has a link to a suede/leather cleaning site) http://www.answerbag.com/q_view.php/5120
  • You have applied the first & safe way to clean your suede purse. Nubuck cloths are great for taking most of the heavy stains and sticky residues out. You can also apply Leather Master Nubuck Cleaner, Foam Cleaner, Soft Cleaner, or Strong Cleaner for extreme soiling and is quite safe to use. Some suedes may release dye and you will notice it on the nubuck cloth first once the soiling is down to a minimum, don't be alarmed if you see the dye removal, there is enough dye applied to the suede.
