No. I don't believe that in the least.

I don't rightfully know. I believe its possible though, because chances are that you are dreaming about them because you saw them and talked with them or something like that, so the possibility of them doing it too is just as high as it is for you.

If that is true, then think about all the wet dreams guys have had over the years. Wow. But, since I can look at my best friends wife and her not turn red in the face, then she probably didn't dream about me last night. Although she is walking a little funny this morn.
