You're reading Why do you not hear about people trying to ban clothes made from mixed fibers, or the eating of shellfish? If people are going to obey biblical law, than why don't they obey all of them?
Comments
haha, not by a longshot. I obey a personal code of morality, but I find it curious that many christians (not all of 'em, I know some amazing christians) will fight to the death to keep gays from getting their share of the american pie, when they totally ignore the other laws, which according to the bible, are just as important as "man not lying with man." The verses about mixed fibers and not eating shellfish are RIGHT NEXT TO the verses that people use to bash gays. I just find it so hypocritical, and I was hoping to see some discussion about this, as I'm really curious to the justifications about this.
