I have a dark shadow that follows me everyone and tells me that he loves and that he is watching over me..What can i do about that?

As long as he is not harming you or making you do things that you disagree with I wouldn't worry about it. Be careful though, I have run into similar situations where they act like they are my friend at first, then they try to coax me into doing their will. It was an attempt at spiritual possession. You just have to know that you are in control and that nothing can posses you without you consent. You can cut it off completely and not feed it any thought. Eventually it will leave you alone.

Curious the name I am seeing attached is Celticgirl if a name is changed is it updated on questions asked in the past etc. Sorry I'm new here so ignorant as to some of the workings.

No it isn't. That causes a bit of confusion all over whenever you're trying to catch up with a thread.
