Maybe not if you apologize. Your supervisor will give you a warning. There can't be a next time. Keep your temper in check. Sometimes an argument is healthy, forces you to control your temper.

That could be grounds for termination. If one employee is throwing objects at another (this can be considered assault) because they are mad, the employer could be held accountable if they don't terminate this employee and they assault someone again.
