I keep seeing commercials for SONIC restaurants, but we don't have any here in New Yawk. Are they any good or pretty much the same as any fast food place?

They are pretty decent. My favorite thing is the drinks have a happy hour. No matter the flavor, From slushes to tea to soda, you get what ever size for half price. Usually, middle afternoon. That and you can either go drive thru or park with a menu board and speaker at every parking spot and they will bring your order out to you.

They're good, but more expensive than many fast food places (they only recently instituted a dollar menu, and it's pretty skimpy).

We have many Sonics here. I haven't been to one in awhile, but they are good. One has to tip at a Sonice, unlike at otehr fast food places. But I'm sure you know that already.

I've only been twice and was very disappointed both times. This is hardly an accurate critique, but two times for me is more than enough to not go there. The icecream was tasteless. It's pretty hard to screw up ice cream isn't it?

we just got one in Jersey so maybe they are on the way I really liked it I think I would go there over another fast food spot like BK or Mcdonalds
