  • Constructiveness seems to connote progress toward something whereas productiveness connotes yielding an effective return and could include being constructive. For example, you would be both constructive and productive if you built a chicken coop. If the chickens housed therein are productive you will have eggs, but, except in movies like "Chicken Run," it is hard to think of them being constructive.
