ya but it feels good when you eat it then the guilt hits in then the bloating felling sets in so before i go to eat it i think of the horrible feelings after wards and it works...

My body isn't picky. It just appreciates getting fed :)

You have to eat the non-healthy foods and suffer the "blah" afterward to appreciate how good you feel after eating the healthy. Drink lots of water to flush the "bad" out.

Well it's all "BLAH BLAH" to me on a weekend!!breakfast, dinner & tea, I try to make ammends through the week but it still can get a bit BLAH, bla, bla, BLA, BLA, BLAHHHHH!! if I get lazy! :-/
