Since we are all essentially as anonymous as we want to be, should users whou clearly don't want to be identified at a glance by reputation have some sort of reduced AB privileges?

No, people who value their privacy are still good contributors.

No I do not think that is the answer Anons . put in some very good contributions, but we are all just a name so it would be nice for people to give themselves an individual identity. It makes it easier to relate to other members when they have an identity of their own

i think so. a lot of the people on here dont know each other so we are all basically anonymous anyway. i dont think they should be able to rate puestions but they can still answer questions.

No. As you said, we are all effectively as anonymous as we want to be anyways. If you have an issue with that, then don't be so honest and forthright in your choice of username, avatar, and in your profile.
