Question

Help answer this question below.

Click "start" on your screen,and then go to all programmes,you see alot of things right?..well i have lost all that,and i dont know much about computers,so can someone please help me out..i have lost everything that used to be in the "all programmes list"

    Option A: Look in the recycle bin and if you see them there - restore them....!
    Option B: logon as another user, this will recreate the shortcuts
    Option C: logon as administrator and copy them from the default user account settings to your profile (tricky technical stuff)
