To me, that isn't racist assuming you were too young to realize race had any significance. I think you were just imagining what it would be like for someone to make you a nice nutritious meal. Of course, Aunt Jemima has change her look from the original concept. She lost the bandanna and checkered frock and slimmed down. She now has a modern hairdo and dress. If she was still depicted in pre-Civil War garb - that WOULD be racist.
