definitely talking about it. you can do yourself great damage by keeping hurt and anger in. venting is very helpful...and having someone there for you to give you another angle or something to think about is very valuable...and then again just having someone sit there in silence just listening with their hand on your shoulder is good enough too.

It's really up to you. You seem to be leaning toward discussing it with somone, so maybe it might be a good idea to get it out of your system.
