Oh it's just coffee but you wouldn't be the first to say that it's something that you have to chew rather than drink. Some claim that you can even float an iron wedge in my coffee. I have more in the pot if you would like some. Admittedly, my coffee pot is stainless steel since it tends to eat away at the glass ones . . . ;)

Wattya mean? I cooked this myself. I admit it smells a little funny, but that is morethanlikely the stuff that smelt a bit offey when I got it out of the frig. The colour? I thought if it waS GREEN it was good for you. Anyhow, I invited you to dinner, you are here. Don't you know, it is not nice to ask questions about which shop you bought the ingredients from. The animal food stores here advertise theit products are next to none. Any ABers in the area are welcome to drop in for a meal.

Its spinach cooked in olive oil with red onions, garlic and sumaq....... I couldn't be bothered to wrap the mixture in dough and bake it..... so I'm eating it as it is! :D
