...do you just "dread" it when you get those AB emails that point out an error you made?...(and sometimes they are quite innocent)...(I just don't want to get in trouble & kicked off the site...)

Hasn't happened to me yet and I can't believe it happened to you!!! It's got to be some kind of a mistake!

You won't get kicked off unless you do something really bad. You wouldn't do that, right? I get emails saying my question has already been asked. Many times they are wrong and I will reply to point it out. SOmetimes it's because they didn't approve a flag.

Nope... I don't like them, and I usually want a bit more explanation on why my flags were rejected, but no... Doesn't bother me that much. You will not get kicked off the site for duplicating questions (unless it appears you are doing it on purpose), for nonsense (again, unless it appears you are doing it on purpose), nor for your first one or two spam/offensive questions. In most cases where someone "gets into trouble", you will be warned. If you continue, you will be PBed. If you serve the sentence, return and continue, you can be PBed for life (or 9999 days, whichever comes first). If you attempt to circumvent your PBing with a sockpuppet, or you spam or are offensive a BUNCH, you can be banned quickly, so just be careful about those.
