Why come sometimes sperm does not reach a girls egg when a boy ejaculates inside her? IS IT TRUE THAT AFTER YOU HAVE SEX A GIRL CAN SIT UPSIDE DOWN & THE SPERM WILL GO WHERE ITS SUPPOSE TO & THATS TOWARD THE EGG?

Are you trying to get pregnant? If you are, you're better off consulting a doctor rather than here. But to answer some of your questions, there are times when the egg is just not ready to accept the sperm; such as being an immature egg; or the sperm just cannot get through the barrier of the egg. Sitting upside down, I imagine, can probably help with the flow of sperm; but I personally think there are other mechanism that the female reproductive system have (including hormonal changes) that can still prevent fertilization from happening.
