Well sometimes I cry, sometimes I pray, sometimes I turn on quiet music, sometimes I just want to be left alone and maybe go take a bath. It all depends.

I write. I write a lot. I pray. I cry when I need to cry. I talk to people if I can talk and I need to talk. I'm an introvert, though, so I don't always want to talk.

I talk about them, I exercise, I listen to music, I watch TV, I go for a walk, and if it is around a person, I talk directly with them to try to work things out.

I have a kickbox bag in my basement. I beat the crap out of it.

Daily meditation works wonders... just observing and experiencing the accumulated noise and irritation of the day gives it a chance to resolve itself without my having to "do something" specifically to fix it. It's like water in a pond: if it's left undisturbed, the dust settles and the water clears.
