No. If you had the key "ON" without the engine running, then absolutely nothing will happen. If you had the engine running while you were fueling the vehicle, there is a possibility that your "Check Engine" light might come on if the engine computer happens to run a certain diagnostic at that time. However, that "Check Engine" light isn't indicating a real problem. Having the gas cap loose/off when the evaporative emissions system check is run fools the computer into thinking the system has a leak.
