Yeah. I tend to identify people by them. I think it shows a lot of personality what people come up with and how they are so varied.

of course! everybody's AV is unique..mine for example is from a pic in a magazine of a chrome wheel cover. pic's identify my artistic photographic capabilities..and sometimes swap to a different one..i especially like some of the GIF pics! they are always fun to stare at. a Q&A board is cold and sterile without avatars!
