Well you can not control her. She can do whatever she likes as long as she dont break any laws. Do you feel a need to do something about it ? If so why ? regards JakobA

nothing...if the name change hasn't gone through the court yet, your name is still legally hers too...either way, there's nothing you can do...people use aliases all the time.

Name changing takes time. I never understand why women don't keep their family name at work or for their own bank account.

If you have kids, it might be easier for her to use your name at least with the kids' teachers and the like.

you dont have to do anything...She had that option of changing her name back at the time of divorce. She didnt go thru with it. You tell her to go seek an attorney and have her pay for it. It's that simple.

you can't do anything about now, unless it's a part of the divorce decree that she return to her maiden name, or a surname other than yours. sorry..
