No as long as you do not set out to deliberately hurt or deceive others. We all do things that we regret but it is the intent that should make you either ashamed or not.

That depends. Are you trying to use that as an excuse to do something you should be ashamed of? If you just mean in terms of not being an Angel, then no, of course not.
