Well, it has never really stopped in my area. I am in eastern Oklahoma and many of my generation who grew up here but went away to find better employment are now retiring and moving back. They have sold there homes in other areas, like California, for a tremendous profit. They take the money and build new and v-e-r-y classy homes back here.

It's nowhere as robust as it was 2 years ago, but we are seeing some movement towards more housing starts here in Chi town area.
