It very well could, yes. Especially if any of my answers they'd paid good money to get, were misinformed or not accurate.

Wow! I had not even thought about this! It does not bother me because Im on AB for leisure purposes.

Where, Yarnlady? At one of those "article" type sites? We gave a license to AB re: our original content, but we didn't give it to anyone passing by. Ditto all over the Internet where folks feel if it's online, it's ok to copy it. Ditto even e:mails that get forwarded minus our permission .. this giving our priate contact information away, let alone the contents of the e:mail. Difficult to sort out the ethics of the Information Age .. let alone the legalities. If this (copying - then profiting - someone else's content) is so - what do you think about it?
-
no because then we know at least someone is using our knowledge, if we wanted to be payed for the knowledge then we would do the same thing. am i right?
-
Not really, I've found my answers from another Q&A site copied and pasted onto loads of other sites all over the net, including the official Mozilla help site! I only post answers to try and help people, if those answers then get spread about and help a wider audience then thats good surely.

Can I get paid for my answers? Where??

Whats a pay for click site Yarnlady? I hope they do use them if it is for the good. Someone always needs to be uplifted and hear positive things.

Did you see this actually happened? No, it doesn't bother me.

On some level, I suppose it bothers me that they are using my thoughts or the information I wrote as their own. But if it can help someone wherever they are posting, I am happy about that. In the end, I really do want to help and enjoy myself both of which happens here.
