I just got off the phone with my mother... she just went to one today!!! Hahaha!

Yeah, there was one in my town. It was in front of the post office. There were two participants. And then later, there were ridiculous fireworks that went on for a very long time.

Yes in Mass they do every year this year was no different. In fact they actually publish an article in the local paper prompting people to come down and participate in the event. Here it is a part of our society not just our history.
