Could low IQs be ONE of the reasons why Africa's doing poorly economically, socially and politically today, along with corruption, imperialism, war, etc? Can IQ also affect this in one way and be ONE possible reason for it?

That's a reasonable question. I think lack of education is to blame more than any IQ problems that might exist. SOmeone would have to take into account diet and family hx as well to make a sound judgement on a random cross section of a place in Africa. It would be a BIG study to come up with a solid answer.

You've just bascially insulted people who live with disabilities and trying to make a good living for themselves. Do you honestly believe that stupid people are to blame for economic failures, imperalism, poverty, and war? Stupid people aren't always stupid. Think about the government. They could've helped the people, but instead wanted to fund the war.

I only have one word to say to you. George Bush! Are you saying that everybody in Africa has a low IQ? That's as absurd as saying everybody in America or UK has a high IQ.
