What does it mean if it says unsubscrible from comments after the Add a comments box. I just dont understand this site!

Once you click the 'unsubscribe from comments' box it will turn into 'unsubscribing complete'. Then onwards any further comments added by any one to that comments thread will not appear in your feedback. It is always better to bookmark the answer the comments to which you are unsubscribing. You could visit the link just once a day or so to see what all comments have been posted, add your comments if any and then unsubscribe again. This works well for comments threads which have too many people posting comments and your 'feedback' gets cluttered with the same comments thread.
