Help answer this question below.

Can I get in trouble for not reporting my friend's drug use? I have a friend who confided in me that she is using heroin. If something happens to her kids as a result of her drug use can I be in legal trouble for not reporting it to the police?

    only if your in her presence while she is using.
    Unfortunatly I bit off a bit more than I should chew, so I ended up only rating the questions with no points in them.
