Dude, I recommend that you speak with her in person. If you try and write a letter along the lines of what I think you are planning, then unfortunately it will probably be laughed at rather than make her cry with emotion, trust me I've seen guys write some of my friends similar letter. Tell her in person how you feel, ask her out on a date, I know it can be hard but please don't write that type of letter if you don't realy know her.
