I have a 93 Plymouth voyager 3.3L engine it drives good but it wont shift out of 2nd gear does any one have a clue what's wrong with it?

shifting is controled by a drop in vaccumn in the intake system, look for a leak or a bad vaccumn bladder at the trans

Chrysler transmissions are almost as 'fault-prone' as are Fords. Considering the age of the vehicle, & the symptom, (& the mile-age probably near 200k), a 're-build' is likely.
