When i sleep in my bed i toss and turn all night long.This is gonna sound weird to some ppl but i get the best sleep and less tossing and turning when i sleep on the floor and i usually sleep on my back or left side.My girlfriend get's mad when i sleep on the floor but oh well,that's her problem.

I alternate between both.. all night long!

I tried sleeping on my left side facing my wife but she said it was like trying to sleep in a wind tunnel. So I tried the right side away from her but she would become irritated when she would awaken with my butt right in her face. Now I just sleep face down and have acquired a certain kind of sleep Apnea not to mention a real serious droowling problem.

I sleep on my stomach so my arms don't fall asleep.

I sleep everywhere at night. Every side. Everything. Once I am asleep my body just moves. Before I sleep or if I wake up, I have to go through rituals and then I will feel it's safe to sleep.

It really depends on what side of the bed or couch I am lying on - Either way, I usually face inward on the couch and if I'm in my own bed which is against the left side of the room, I will lie on my right side facing the wall -I always turn in toward the wall or cushion of the couch...

I always sleep on my left side. Do not know why, it just feels comfy. I can't sleep on my back or stomach at all.

for beauty, it's best to just lay on your back.. it keeps your face clean.. but.. for a great night's sleep (i got this from the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy) lay on your left side for 20-30 minutes, then flip to your right side for 20-30 minutes, and then finally back on your left.. you will be asleep soon after you switch back to your left..
