During the American Civil War, would you have fought for the Union (North) or the Confederacy (South)? Please explain why?

    Well that really depends on where you live. If you live in the southern states you probably would fight for the confederacy and vice versa. Kentucky was about half and half most yankees there lived in Louisville. In Missouri it was also about half the yankees mostly in St.louis and the rebels in eastern Missouri and southern Missouri.
