If you do believe we have free will,then prove me wrong.Can you show me in the bible where it says we can chose him,that we can seek God?Please show me in scripture where we can do good or seek after God.

Dt.30:19 I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore "choose" life. Joshua 24:15 "Choose" you this day whom ye will serve.... But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. God knows who will serve Him. He has known since before our world was created. But we make the choice.
