Definitely I was socialized to a huge extent, as are we all. I don't know that I'd go so far as to say "brainwashed", but the dogmatic repetition of my early religious teaching comes darn close.

No. Can't say I ever was. Not in religion, the military, politics or anything else. Even as a child whenever I was told something I stepped back and considered whether I believed it or not. I chose what I considered good and useful and discarded the rest. I still do that every day.

Nope, not whatsoever. People have tried to brainwash me into certain religions but i wouldn't have a bar of it.

I think everyone is to a certain extent, from what they watch on the news and commercials on TV to what they hear from their parents, ministers, and other people as they grow up especially. As adults, we still hear it, but hopefully can choose what to believe or not on our own.

People who have been brainwashed will deny that they have been, so the answer must perforce be yes, as for the exact nature of the brainwashing, I'm not certain yet! To a certain extent we all have preconceptions based on what society has told us, which for better or worse, could be equated to brainwashing. The 'global war on terror' could be held up as a prime example, were this a political discussion!
