If a noncustodial parent doesn't pay child support they usually get their license suspended. How can the custodial parent find that out?

You won't. Just like they won't tell you if they highjack his income tax payment. That is private information and is not supposed to be disclosed to the custodial parent.....even if the noncustodial parent is human waste.

Do they get visitation where they are driving the child for you to be concerned about it?

Sure you can find out, at least in my state anyways. If not ask a police officer to run his license. Not every police officer will do this but if you know one or are friends with one. I've had police run another person's license and that person was no relationship to me or my children.

There's a minimum they need to be behind, or be held in contempt. Too bad they won't do the same thing to parents violating visitation orders.

where i live the girls that work in the child support office will tell you anything all you have to do is act friendly, compliment their outfit, and be polite, and they will tell you anything.

I know in my state which is GA. My husbands gets child support from the kids mother and he just filed with css to make sure he gets paid cause she hasnt paid nething in 8 months. They sent us a letter updatin g us on when hers will be suspended. they let us know everything about what they are doing, every letter they send to her we get a copy of it.
