That has happened to my wife but I have never seen them turn blue. I clean them up for her but blue?? I don't know.

If you overheat the whole set they will all be the same colour. It's like getting new ones! LOL

Put some lemon juice on a paper towel and wipe the pots with it. They will look brand new.
