  • SUE SUE SUE! The world and those in it have a responsibity to themselves to quit being dumbasses and not every thing that happened needs to be the responsibilty of others. She was an adult able to make her own decisions.
  • She's a big girl. She knew the risk when she went skiing. No one can make you do something that you don't want to do unless they have a gun to your head.

  • What an idiotic thought. She wasn't a child. That's like saying someone should sue a company that makes alcoholic beverages if they get into an accident when they are drunk. They had no responsibility to make her wear a helmet. I am sure there are signs and information around the resort "suggesting" the use of a helmets. It isn't like it is a law to wear one. She chose not to so how is it their fault? Maybe they should sue her for the bad publicity she brought to their business. Not only did she not wear a helmet but she refused medical help when they tried to make her see a doctor. She even signed off on a waiver accepting the responsibility. Sheeshhhh all some people do is think about law suits and how to make an easy buck!
  • No. It was ultimately her decision. In my opinion, there should be a rule on the mountain, but since there wasn't, it was her choice. May she rest in peace. <3
  • No, wearing a helmet while skiing is not a law. She knew the risks she was taking. Humans have the brain cells to make their own decisions, especially adults.
