That sounds pretty normal, but if you are really worried about it, seek out a mental health professional. Nobody here is really qualified to answer that sort of question without first seeing and speeking with you. There are some questionaires to fill out and finally a checklist.

Well, it could be a sudden onset of depression, or hormonal problems (I'm not saying that just because you're a teenager, though), or something bothering you in the back of your mind... Has this ever happened before, and did it come on slowly or all of the sudden?

I'd just recommend trying new things until you find something that does make you happy. Try food, sports, socialising, reading, dancing, filming, being a movie buff, music, pet ownership, driving, building things, running for president...and most of all, don't worry too much! the more you focus on it, the longer it's likely to last, so just try and ignore it (which I know is like trying not to imagine a polar bear, but try it anyway)
