  • I mean no disrespect to those girls, but I don't think they should dress like that until they've lost the weight. They chose to eat a certain way, now they should dress to match.
  • I think that it's good for the economy.
  • If a woman does not allow peer pressure to rule her life, I say more power to her. Since when do females have to abide by a male sense of entitlement based on body type to wear an article of clothing? Since when is a female on this planet to be male eye candy? And should any woman care what one guy (or half a dozen guys) think about what they look like? On a personal appearance level: we each have to live with ourselves and should work to please no one but ourselves. However, just because one person likes a bit of quivering or jiggling doesn't mean that we all do. There are plenty of males out there who are guilty of what you are accusing women of. A person needs to dress appropriately for themselves. If a person has to go to a job that requires professional look, then they need to fulfill that. Fashion is a personal choice, not one that needs approval from anyone other than the person wearing or buying the clothes. Here is a Q for you: what about chunky guys who insist on wearing clothes that look like crap? Or guys who think that their chests are the sexiest thing since sliced bread? Or pants that hang down to the knees - oh that is SO sexy we are just swooning! See, it doesn't matter what a person wears - except to that person. If you don't like it, avert your eyes, or find someone to look at that wants to be looked at - there's plenty of posers out there.
  • Dress the way a person wants I say.
  • Depends on how much is hanging out. Extremely obese women don't wear tight clothes of course. But I can tell you are probably the type of person that labels regular plus sized women as 'fat'. There's no immediate solution to losing weight, and if they are comfortable with their weight, they shouldn't have to hear from people like you. If you don't like it, don't look at it. It became fashionable when men started liking women that didn't look like chicks in middle school.
  • Society puts alot of pressure on women to "look right" and dress sexy. I think some of the time it is an acceptance issue. they want to look and dress like everyone else. They dont want to feel "different" or only be able to shop at certain plus-sized stores. when it comes to the saying " if you dont like it.. dont look at it" in some sense, it is true, you should not worry about what others think.. but looking at the other side of the coin. The issue is people DO look and we as women have to have a certain self respect for ourselves. and letting your bellies hang out and showing alot of skin gives the wrong impression to alot of different people. I think the key issue here is "what is appropriate for my body?"
  • i wouldn't be caught looking like that. i make sure my clothes fit me like they should.
