i believe that it to the person to decide if this morals is something he/she should follow.But to answer your qustion yes there are universal and personal one's that people follow,Like for instants if i was a satanist some because of personal morals will hate me and will not want to be around me even though i am the nice's guy you will ever meet.But because of there beliefe and personal morals they hate me.But on the ather hand you chose to not follow that path and hang out with me because you feel everybody is equal ok.and the universal moral is to love your neighbor as you love your self but even then do people follow these morals no so in all it up to you if you want to or not.It called free will.
